SAPAA at NEI’s Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty Workshop

SAPAA recently had the opportunity to exhibit at NEI’s Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty (AA/FFD) Workshop in Salt Lake City. The event brought together professionals from the nuclear industry to discuss important topics like the new PADS implementation, program efficiency, insider threat programs, mental health, substance abuse, and fatigue management.
SAPAA’s presence at the event supported our mission of maintaining a safe and reliable workforce. We had valuable conversations with industry experts and shared how SAPAA can support their needs.
The workshop also included practical training sessions, such as the Next Generation PADS Orientation and Auditor Certification, where participants gained hands-on experience. The Discussion Forum for Licensed Professionals, focusing on recent FFD rule changes, was particularly aligned with SAPAA’s focus on regulatory compliance and safety.
