WEBINAR:  How Much Dope is a Lotta Dope? (Part 2)

Everyone in SAPAA has either employment or a strong interest in issues surrounding illicit drug use but may lack an understanding of how and why drugs of abuse are controlled. The current movement to legalize drugs makes it even more important that professionals understand the roles, positions, and interactions of the FDA and DEA in defining illegal substances and illicit use. Knowledge of how drugs are controlled is becoming more important when we try to advise clients on wording policies and/or taking action after a perceived workplace offense.

Webinar participants will receive a copy of DEA’s drug identification guide and their synopsis of the Controlled Substances Act.

Part 1 of this series was held on June 20, 2018, and is available to view on our recording page.
