The SAPAA MRO Assistant Course is designed to properly train the support staff of a Medical Review Officer office. Training will focus on the key industry knowledge areas that will include the history, industry terms and definitions, the collection process, laboratory analysis and alternative specimen, medical review officer responsibilities, and troubleshooting problems throughout the drug testing process. After completion of the course, the student will be prepared and eligible to take the MRO Assistant certification exam through the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC) |
