The Roles and Responsibilities - The Basics course will guide those new to the drug and alcohol testing industry through the processes and give detailed accountability to each component of drug and alcohol testing. The course will cover each role and responsibility for:
The Collector
The BAT
The Laboratory
The MRO
The SAP
Once this course has been completed, the student will have a thorough working knowledge of who participates in the process, what their specific roles are and the responsibilities those roles carry. This course is a must for anyone who has been placed in a position that requires an overall understanding of how the pieces fit together in the drug and alcohol testing process.
Note: This course should take approximately 2 ½ hours to complete.

The exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions, only one question is on the screen at a time. The exam is on a 1˝ hour timer. A certificate will be issued after the exam in 24-36 hours. DO NOT HIT YOUR BACK BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER.
