Robert Bruner has worked closely with labor and, as such, previously being a
consultant to the California Labor-Management Plan. His involvement in workplace
issues has moved into management-labor issues of EAPA (Employees Assistance
Professional Association) where he has worked to establish national SAP/EAP
standards. As past Chairperson and Executive Board member of District 11 PIHRA,
(Professionals in Human Resources Association), President of Inland Empire SHRM
(Society For Human Resource Management) and currently on the Board of Directors
for SAPAA, Robert Bruner endeavors to assist employers with issues affecting the
